AI-Driven Evolution

This end-to-end initiative was driven by a rigorous Design Thinking process to evolve a heritage brand into a scalable digital ecosystem for the European market.

We began with Service Design and Behavioral Economics (BECO) research to uncover user motivations, decision patterns, and cognitive biases—then translated those insights into a clear strategy and decision architecture across key touchpoints.

From there, we moved from ideation to high-fidelity prototyping, collaborating closely with stakeholders to build a robust Design System spanning UX, UI, and branding. Innovation was amplified through Generative AI, enabling historical character asset recreation and accelerating large-scale digital production.

The project culminated in a fully operational ecosystem. The platform is now live across Europe, supported by automated workflows and a comprehensive digital marketing strategy—seamlessly connecting brand storytelling with modern technology at scale.
